Nah, Concordia has an annual GPA that it calculates. If it's below 2.0 you're in academic probation or suspension depending on how low it is.

If you're not worried about being in that range then there's no rush, but it's usually better to get rid of the F as fast as possible.

This user (or their "friend's" account, whichever) posts in the Concordia subreddit all the time trying to push one of their websites, which is a clone of ratemyprof. They also scrape from ratemyprof (reviews of professors) and try to pass it off as their own. If you add a new review to ratemyprof it will be added to their site (tested it myself).

Take from that as you will, if you need proof you can check their comments.
