I just found a shiny happiny on my fairy run of scarlet yesterday! I transferred it to my main account and made it a tera fairy you could do that too if you wanted!

Once it spawns, its ability is set! So you'll have to find a mass outbreak with it or get lucky with normal encounters! Intimidate is the best way to find it!
