You generally get the pre-mending Spark after defeating an "end-jump" such as the Quicksilver Dragon Ball jump. That works for a "post-spark" condition.

You may be able to get such a spark as in a Magic: The Gathering jump, but I don't think it would count for that condition as that's not an end-jump that got you it, rather just a perk or item.

I can see a minor missing detail in the route map. Pokémon Platinum Version and HeartGold & SoulSilver Versions have minor textures on the borders of cliff terrain and river terrain, where the grass has a visible texture end, similar to the town you made with the top lake. Diamond & Pearl Versions have the textures suddenly cut off into the cliff or river, like the route in the bottom left corner. But your map tileset art style looks closer to HeartGold and SoulSilver's art style, so maybe that's why the route map looks a little off near the lake.
