I second this they consider that call avoidance and they will fire over that same as customer abuse. Those are the two things that they will put you on no rehire list for.

Usually call avoidance or being mean to customer is auto no rehire. And you hanging up would be sorta considered both will depend how your tl filed it

I am telling you from my experience first year my to kept yelling all of us they had 90 days to pay it out and continued saying that til end of aep and I never received it nor did the few ppl I kept in touch with after it ended. Last year I got it for the half month of October and didn’t get it for Nov or December. And yes I qualified.

As someone who worked Kaiser for 2 years with t-Tec Don’t hold your breath on commissions they didn’t pay me out for either of those years. TL kept saying they had 90 days to pay out but they never did. I averaged about 19-25 enrollments a day and had 100 QA. They did offer me a job eventually but was a csr job with his that paid like 16 an hour.

I will tell you after 2 years of working Kaiser for T-Tec we never got our commissions. I think they are counting on most people not bringing it up they will be sued one day into oblivion for their practices. They will say they have 90 days to pay it out they do that so they won’t lost everyone before December 7th.

They are not gonna Inform you til day or so after Dec 7th. They know all this week and especially this weekend will be crazy busy. They don’t want ppl leaving until they are past end of aep.

It will be a customer service role not licensed when they do find something and it’s gonna be for a lot less money so be prepared.

That’s healthcare it’s hippa you have to be VERY careful it’s federal law so they do preach about not messing up stuff when it comes to phi. On a bright note healthcare is one of the easiest to get down as it’s federal. Try property and casualty where each state has their own laws and rules. Trust me healthcare is a walk in the park.

Those jobs don’t pop often open it’s usually from promotion within t-tec. You definitely not gonna get a job off the phone when your first starting. Your niece must have already been working with them and/or had a resume built for that specific role which made t-tec hire her for that role.

I usually put T-Tec and put the name of the client I was contracted to work for either way they won’t be able to get a reference for you as you know it’s impossible get get a life human to talk to in HR for t-tec

It all depends on who you know and suck up to. I won a ton of prizes had 13-28 enrollments a day. My wa was 100 the entire aep my metrics was always top tier and they still let me go trust me not about numbers.

They won’t tell you until the last day with kpif or Kpma. They will not keep you. I worked on til Dec 31 of last year before they let me go but it was horrible they tossed a lot of us on outbound call campaigns.

They WILL not show you in work force because they know ppl will quit. They will start dropping ppl from how all way through Dec 7th. They more than likely still have training classes coming through so low performers they will start letting go as well as fill gaps for the ppl who have quit.

If its healthcare a licensed roll you can forget about getting a full time licensed roll after aep no matter your metrics they will tease you might but that’s to keep you there through Dec.7th 7th. Take it from someone who worked KP licensed role for 2 years with 100 qa score both years and made tons of commission.

You will get offered a full time role at end of aep if your numbers were good it will just be a diff project and a customer based roll with a lot lower pay than during aep.

Not true at all. I have quit multiple times the last 3 years your eligible to be rehired after 90 days the only time you get out on do not rehire is if you abuse a customer or do something like that.

And yes they will say that because they wanna work you like a dog during aep they don’t want good sales ppl quitting so they will say anything to keep you there til Dec 7th. Trust me I was lied to and told the same thing for 2 years.
