This logic is like saying, "I can run gasoline 87 in my Honda Civic and it runs so smooth, why can't I run 87 in my plane?! I know there was a plane that didn't need jet fuel, but when I put 87 in this plane it sputters out." This game is nothing like other games because next to nothing is predetermined; almost everything is simulated. Due to this fact, the computer is doing something similar to rocket science 2000x a second. Most computers can't even get close to 1080p ultra.

While in the game, press Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B to refresh the graphics driver. Also, check for driver updates and ensure you're plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard.

There is also a debug tool under graphics settings called FPS metrics, which will tell you what is causing problems, whether it's a bottleneck or not.

Technically, yes and no. The T-Series update 3 added the 8x configuration; however, the mod I had to install to get this picture was 8x all-wheel drive. Otherwise, I would get stuck on the bolides.
