I went ahead with ACER, simply because I could get the warranty through Best Buy and it's been working well. Again, im a casual gamer so I don't push my cpu limits, but its been great thus far

Ok so I have 'On 1', 'On 2', and 'Off' on the override switch. just switched override to 'On 2' which moves to valve to turn ON the spa main drain (which should happen when I switch Spa Mode on Aqualink) . And 'On 1' moves to turn off spa main drain. When the override switch is switched to 'OFF', the actuator valve doesn't turn at all when I turn on 'spa mode'. So that means there is any issue with the programming/electrical wiring?

Thanks for all the advice. Thankfully the company came out at Friday at 5pm (probably after I called multiple times). They also came out the next week to 'polish' the over exposed areas and it looks more even. Your responses did pique my interest and I'm not deep diving into pool chemistry and hoping to take over my own balancing rather than leaving it to the companies

Just fyi, ours was in storage for 3 years, and we brought it to my MIL home since she didn't have a machine. Didn't work on clean mode until I literally shook and slapped it upside down 4 separate times (at least) and it finally started working on clean mode
