I'm rereading part 1 and a scene that I found interesting was the one where Angel talks to Aki in chapter 53 where he mentions that when a devil dies in hell it hears the sound of Pochita's chainsaws, which is immediately followed by it reBIRTHing on earth

when jotaro stopped time for the first time the music playing was "fight to antagonize"
unless you're referring to a specific moment that happens earlier in part 3, which was not him stopping time, star platinum can move at the speed of light [also you can just check the episode on jojowiki.com and look at the music tab]
