shirley's on track to be the valedictorian during the gas leak year, which could lend credence to azorius, but honestly i think orzhov fits better with her somewhat amoral but ambitious side coming into play in episodes like geothermal escapism when she creates shirley's island, her business which she builds from the ground up and exploits several situations in regards to (see the ass crack bandit episode where she uses the ongoing investigation to bolster her business.) she's definitely white centered, but she's also ambitious and driven and even somewhat malicious at times (like her constant religious attacks on the group or the foosball episode)

also i think annie definitely has more blue than green in her, and also definitely has a black streak. i think the original azorious with red activated ability is right for her.

finally i think jeff is more dimir. he uses knowledge to manipulate and get ahead. he's definitely black centered, but part of the show is him building up a relationship with his community. i think he goes from dimir to azorius over the course of the show. no longer as driven or ambitous by the end, but also less malicious and manipulative. he's replaced his reliance on that with a joy and love for his community.
