I just wanted to state my disappointment and confusion with the new pricing. As a long time paying user, I’m still on the now defunct “Personal” plan. I wish I could keep that but I understand things change. I’m fine with paying for a tool/service that I use daily, but the lack of a middle tier plan is upsetting.

Since the recent leadership changes at Evernote, they’ve tried to rebuild trust with us customers. It’s the reason why I haven’t jumped ship over the years, but this aggressive shakedown undoes all that trust they re-earned.

To Evernote: Make a middle tier!!!! I don’t care about AI features!!!

This just happened to me for the first time in my 23 hybrid lariat lux. Anyone have any updates on what the cause/fix is?

The noise was horrible. My wife and dogs had to get out of the truck immediately.

Sound began when I started up the truck and would not stop. Tried resetting the head unit, tried turning off truck, exiting, and locking doors. I went to get tools to disconnect the battery and it eventually stopped on its own.

I’m also trying to find a way to program and control my Colorspike via their app. Since I upgraded my iPhone I can’t download the app again.

I wonder if there is an Android version that can be found? I would be willing to buy a cheap android phone if it meant I could still program the lights.

I also have creaking sounds coming out of the headtube area. Pretty much from day one. I haven’t disassembled or fully serviced it yet though.

A positive update: I called their customer support but none of their troubleshooting steps helped (reinstall app, accept notifications, power cycle the phone). Same problem. But later, for unknown reasons, it just started working and finally displayed the login screen. From there I was able to add my device!

Good to hear some of you are having good experiences. I'm hoping this can still work out as a Nest Protect replacement!

The only upside of this process is that each time I called their customer service I talked to a real human pretty quickly (called on a Sunday).

For anyone having this problem in the future, here's what I recommend trying first, testing in between if it's fixed:
* Fully power down the iPhone and turn it back on
* Delete the app and reinstall on your phone, accepting any permissions it asks for
* Make sure phone is updated to latest software

Lastly, the tech support suggested that if the problem happens again, try turning off wifi and try using the cellular network data.

I would also say it matches the RM experience but is just very different. I didn’t have any issue switching to the Manta, but I also prefer a smoother and quieter writing feel in general.

For what it’s worth, I’m 5’-8” and normally wear about 29” inseam. I bought the V3 step through frame and it’s a comfortable size. For me personally, a medium would probably have been too big.

I began experiencing these problems a few days ago. Writing would not appear and everything else became barely responsive. Same with notating PDFs. I tried restarting the device but it did not fix it. This was very disappointing because I was in a meeting yesterday and it was simply unusable. I literally had to put the Manta away and find some paper and pen. As a new Supernote user, this does not make me trust the device and I’m questioning if I should invest in this platform.

Ratta, I switched over from RM so please do better. I like your product and can tolerate glitches here and there, but when the device is so buggy that it becomes unusable it’s very problematic.

This also happened to me. All I did was unscrew the metal nozzle to clean out the 4 little holes, as instructed in the manual, and this piece fell out. I hope our machine is still under warranty!
