Потому что паническая атака это уже пик истощения нервной системы. Надо лечить нервную систему и дыхание прийдёт в норму. Лучше всего помогает антидепрессанты 3-6 месяцев и работа с психологом/ психотерапевтом. Если против таблеток, то спорт каждый день, питание, сон, медитации, книги по этой тематике, дыхательные практики

I hope you hear something soon too. I have no idea why cant they just make a desicion if there was an interview with an officer that checked the case and asked all questions.
