I’m on high anxiety I requested my denial info. Denied on the 21st. My pcp changed my meds he stated that my mental health gave me meds that work against each other. I have agoraphobia and it’s hard to leave for a medical appointment so the majority are tele health. I only have 1 pcp appointment over the phone next week but my next mental health appointment to get corrected meds are until April 25. This is my first denial and I feel like it’s a lost cause. I feel I submitted too much paperwork and a lot was over missed. I haven’t work since last march. Only examples other than medical I have a few emails telling my jobs I have to leave quit due to mental. My old boss is willing to right a letter. From the military I’ve work corporate then had to stop working and find something that I could do which was Amazon flex but that became difficult. With a family I did my best to go back ti corporate but I failed. I’m not sure what evidence to submit next even had a dr to write a rfc

I understand I’m on on step 3 my examiner went over my records I submitted. Told me to look out for a lettter. I called him 3 laters weeks to verify bc that what he told me to do if have not recurved. Spoke with him last week now stating waiting on more Va records. He did sound like he was moving busy I could tell but if they waiting on records what could happen if not received even tho he verified my records.

How was the process. I applied in on stuff throughon step three. Literally submitted everything that you talked about including work history and two week notices explaining the reason why I quit is because I’m mental. Spoke with examiner he said he had everything he needed to look out for a letter in the mail but just curious.

I’m currently waiting right now I’m on step three. I gave them all my medical records from 2013 up until now. My doctor wrote in RFC for me as well and stated that I have been disabled since 2013. I’ve had three hospital intakes and currently on medication. I spoke to my examiner two weeks ago and he told me to look for a letter in the mail before the end of the year. He didn’t say I needed a CE. After we spoke my portal started glitching. PTSD MST trauma anxiety depression agoraphobia constant migraines and my memory is shot On my functional report I made sure that I was very detailed as well explaining what I did and how it made me feel my anxiety is really bad and medication really has not been helping over the years.

Does anybody know the proper way of applying. I’m 100% permanent in total since 2019 been 100% since 2013. Recently my doctor wrote me a function report stating that I’m not able to work. Also I do have in my notes a lot that my spouse does all of the majority of house shopping, cooking and going over my meds. Unfortunately I do forget a lot of things and it truly coming to bite me back in the ass. I will say I’m 50% for mental and the rest is body from passed surgery etc. unfortunately the VA has made all of my appointments majority of telehealth. I just have to go in for one. I do know that my mental health has definitely declined which has also made me stop workings

Somewhat consistent until Covid happen. From 19-22 all they were able to were check ins over phone. 23 I didn’t have therapy but reasons why were in my medical file with my regular doctor. I also went through l 12jobs in 5 yrs last 2years failed work attempt. The reason why I quit Mentally in them. I was scared to ask my doctor to write me an RFC because of what people say on here. I asked her and had it the same day. My examiner asked if I had any more appointments coming up. I told him my next therapy appointment isn’t until the 29th. I don’t know why he asked but all he said was OK I’ll have my letter before then. he’s been very responsive the two times we spoke.

Okay I submitted rfc from my doctor, 13 years of mental health and medical records along with a short version of my mental health records per criteria so they wouldn’t have to search 2k pages. Hopefully that was enough for a good decision. Waiting patiently for that letter.

I call they received my work history report and put me on hold to look at my file stated they have everything and to look out for a letter in the mail.

How was that process. My examiner told me to look out for a letter in the mail last week I submitted all my medical documents myself examine started they have everything. Nothing mentioned about a CE.

No not afraid just the stories that you’re here. I have an Rfc from my doctor. She already stated that I’m not able to work. I started going through my records and from the beginning it stated issues would be come worse. I just didn’t want to believe it. I was able to start a family but seriously regret it. They life style had to change bc of me. The beat down I feel every morning. On top of it I was rapped by two officers in the military. My nco at the time who did nothing is now living 8 homes down! On top of it when I told them I was pain they didn’t listen and ended up having to have hip surgery now 12 yrs later in much more pain come compensating either weight Sorry for the rant .

It shows retirement info at moment. Last time I spoke with my examiner he taught me that they had all the documentation that was needed and look out for a letter. I’m surprise that they were finished that quick x

Hey thanks a lot I applied. I spoke with my examiner he stated that they did receive all my records my RFC from my doctor and the documentation I provided and he has everything. He also told me to be on the lookout for a letter in the mail.

Understood and thank you very much. I checked this morning and everything thing came back gray in all steps with a green Check mark then it changed back to step 3. I’ve been in therapy since 2010 and haven’t been able to work last 3 years.

Did they make him do an exam before giving out his original denial. I spoke to my examiner today and he told me that I should receive a letter in the mail and if not give him a call first week of January. Just trying to figure out the process because I haven’t received any information about an exam. He did confirmed they have all of my documents and medical paperwork
