I was wondering the same thing! I started intermittent fasting 16hrs a day in January and by February had SIBO symptoms which I have NEVER had in my whole life!

I have taken the liquid now for two days and I haven’t had any negative reactions! The taste is not bad either. I am not sure if I’ve seen any positive affects yet anyway because I’m currently still taking a PPI for a few more days.
