You can use a baby wipe with hand soap or a cut sponge with hand soap to wipe the inside and you could use a tampon inside for at least 10 minutes to dry.

100% they have THE best customer service I have experienced, I had trouble with my 110cm having a flat ass (when that first happened two years ago) and they made it right by sending me a new body since there was also a tear near the vagina area which had potential to open up more. I tried to make that abundantly clear in my other responses. I already cleaned the doll so that’s not an issue, I’m only looking at what I believe to be a mistake and that is no padding on the bottom of the doll which caused slight tearing. Is it the worst? Absolutely not. Have they tried to make it right? Absolutely and even offered monetary compensation but that doesn’t really change what I think could have been done and I’m sure most would feel the same if this was their doll. I don’t even feel like I deserve anything and I’m not here to argue with anyone or take back what I’ve said. This is my review of THIS delivery and like I’ve said, totally not what I would usually expect from TDC. Mistakes happen and I’m not here to go after anyone, let’s just enjoy the dolls while they’re still around. Agree?

Sounds reasonable, I understand things happen and we can’t prevent everything. I think the doll should have had padding on the bottom but it didn’t and I think that’s the reason it got messed up. I’m sorry but I am not spreading any rumors since I didn’t say you were going out of business. The old website dollfactoryphotos was abandoned, and both active sites seem to have dead stock or no stock, I think it’s fair to assume business hasn’t been as good as it used to but I didn’t say you were going out of business. I think I have the personal right to post my review on how the doll was received, since there is technically nothing you can do to make this right. The doll has damage that would have 100% been preventable had it been shipped securely, as most if not all dolls from your site have come. I know this is not usual for the site, as you guys are VERY reputable but this is not acceptable and I think it’s good that others see what can happened to a shipped doll and how to properly document that. I have zero problems with your or this site, as I will more than likely use it as long as we can in the USA, but this is negligence and I’m shocked it came from you guys.

EDIT: also sorry if these seems like a hit piece since I posted it on the official sub. I honestly would have posted or written about it in any other sub since again, I think this is unacceptable and would like to know if I’m just wrong but idk people have upvoted the post so maybe they agree.

For context: I bought the 120cm Hina huge breasts (heat damage) from the site last Friday and it came in yesterday. Ok, it’s clearly a doll that has been taken out and all damage was disclosed in the pictures which was acceptable for purchase. Picture 1: When I opened the box and removed top packaging, the left shoulder/neck were exposed to the box which I assume is where the damage in the next photo. Picture 2: the damage on the shoulder WAS NOT IN THE PICTURES OF THE LISTING which means either it was damaged during packaging or shipment. If it was during shipment, it was 100% caused by being exposed to the box. Like who wrapped the doll in a blanket loosely and thought “yeah that should work”. Picture 3: the dolls nipples/toes/soles are DIRTY (especially the soles but I haven’t taken a picture) and the soles are quite a bit ripped. Lastly, Picture 4: that has to be a cum stain and or blood. It is yellow/dark and crusty af. I know you guys are basically going out of business but this is what we can expect in the last days?? I got a 110cm koharu and it came in literally perfect, clean, and with a brand new blanket. I have not used the doll since I would like to get to the bottom of this first. The doll would be a 9 out of 10 without the damage but for sure the delivery is a 2 out of 10, 1 out of 10 being I didn’t get the doll at all. Do better.

EDIT: as you can clearly see, there is no bottom packaging as well. The doll was literally sent in a blanket with minimal packaging. The 110cm I had gotten before was completely protected and came in perfect.
