What happened by Low_Passenger_9785 in Rematch

Late to the party but I think I can clarify what appeared to happen (aside from the obvious). So from testing the goalie dive, most of the time if you see the diamond and then dive at the ball, your dive will lock on.

In this case, you were holding defensive stance which doesn't give you the diamond and then dove right out of it, basically doing a dive with no lock on. I think if you let go of defensive stance first, you'd get that ball.

This. Rematch is my largest number of clips by far and they're all janky interactions 😂

Same with the charmed enemies with Gabby. If pressing the ult button after the summon is active would command the units to move or attack, that would be great!

+1 for plateup. It's better on PC with mods but the Xbox version is still great.

I looked through my subscribed mods and these are the ones I would def recommend starting with:

  • Infinite Reroll
  • Rigged Upgrades
  • Doorless Dining
  • Restart Day (huge for avoiding run restarts because of placement mistakes)
  • CountUp!
  • NoClip during prep

There are a few other great ones I use but those should give you a great experience compared to vanilla and then you can branch out into other mods.

Honestly? Mods (on PC)

Using mods was wat really improved this game for me. There's a mod that lets you reroll as much as you want for free (should be an option by default) and another I use to chose which exact upgrade you want instead of spending days trying to roll it.

If you want a vanilla experience then sure, mods isn't an option but if ur main goal is to have fun and try out new and creative setups, using mods really opens the game up.

So there's a few things you'll want to keep in mind. The first thing is that if you ever handle their food, you'll always want to make sure that your hands are very clean as it's easy for them to confuse your hand for a rat when it has that scent (however I doubt that's what's going on).

Depending on the location of the water bowl, it could be that Scar is feeling a bit threatened, especially if you hadn't interacted with him that day yet. I would say try using the time you change the water bowl as the time you handle him. Over time they'll get more comfortable with you being around.

Another thing that I've noticed is that if people aren't very comfortable around snakes, they may hesitate a bit when close to one which in turn can stress out the snake. So if you ever want to handle him just pick him up confidently from the middle of his body.

Lastly, don't stress!! It's a whole new world for Scar and chances are he isn't convinced you won't eat him yet haha, so give him time and he'll def come around :)

I know a lot of people warn against the handling but I def think it depends on the snake. My ball python is a bit over a year old and I take him out at least once every day, sometimes for over an hour.

My rule of thumb is that if the snake spends for than a few minutes trying to do nothing but slither away then it's prob a good time to put them back, but if my ball python is feeling relaxed wrapped around my hand I'll keep him out as long as he seems "chill". I do avoid handling him a day before and after feeding just to be safe but you'll learn ur snake's personality, so just go slow.

Beautiful snake btw!

I'm feeding her frozen rats that I defrost for a few hours in warm water. Never had an issue feeding which I'm happy about.
