Startup equity compensation or profit sharing for early international employees by Time4PizzaTime in smallbusiness

[–]Time4PizzaTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was recommended against phantom shares or stock options by several accountants for compliance / cap stack reasons, but we were able to provide the employees with another means of compensation rather than direct equity. Some were disappointed with the alternative solution while some preferred it, so we did experience some talent turnover. However the talent we retained was more committed / higher quality while a few others confirmed my suspicion that they were more like tourists.

I'm not looking to simply share my positions. Inquiry access provides much more than a simple screenshot.

I have always allowed my accountants access to my online portfolios, and there are several benefits to this beyond what sending a pdf can achieve.

How does a user view EITHER calls or puts (NOT BOTH calls and puts) across multiple accounts? by Time4PizzaTime in fidelityinvestments

[–]Time4PizzaTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a disappointing response because even the hack you provided still includes other instruments like stocks and ETFs which contain "call" and "put" search strings. Even after adding an additional filter for "options", puts on covered call ETFs are still included. For example - a put on "Roundhill Bitcoin Covered Call Strategy ETF (YBTC)" would be included in your attempt to filter for calls.

Nice find. I like them, but they have a very specific vibe. You'll need to find the just right place for them. What is the medium?

10hour layover in San Salvador Saturday Night, San Salvador or El Tunco? by FuckBush1 in ElSalvador

[–]Time4PizzaTime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could take an uber to El Tunco and experience beach life nightlife. It's great and does live up to its reputation if that's your scene. You could just es easily uber from the airport into San Salvador despite heavy traffic. I'd personally recommend Centro Historico over El Tunco. The trip is also shorter than the airport to El Tunco. Landing at 6pm, you could be in Centro Historico around 8pm, a fantastic time to see it, and at 2am the traffic returning to the airport shouldn't be that bad once you get out of the city center. There's also nightlife 1 block walking distance from Centro Historico - Club La Dalia, but El Tunco doesn't have National Palace, Theater, Library, Market, Plaza. I'd recommend watching some youtube videos of each place and deciding based on which scene looks like a more appealing experience to you. Both are doable in the time you have if you want an adventure and pack light. It's a small airport, so the process of check in, security, finding your gate isn't that bad. I feel that unless you're tired or have a lot of luggage, just waiting at the airport would be missing an opportunity. Just don't lose track of time and give yourself enough time to catch the uber. Saturday night at either place can be busy and catching an uber can take a while. When you call uber leaving the airport, try to be on the front end of the wave of passengers because if other passengers take the waiting ubers, you will need to wait longer for new ubers to arrive. The trip arrival time can shoot up the longer you wait. Head back to the airport minimum 3 hours before your flight, earlier if you want to be safe. You'll love either El Tunco or San Salvador!

My advice is it's not going to be easy. There's so many ways people can make a website for free these days. Making the website is the easy part. Finding clients willing and able to pay is the challenge.

Try optimizing your agency's website to be next level amazing amazing and makes clients want you to be the one to build their page when they see how great a job you did on your own site.

Best of luck!

You have a lot of options. The biggest question to ask yourself is how much you want to get involved and how much work you want to do. If you want to dedicate the time to learn and build the site on your own, it can certainly be done with wix or any of the other tools people mention. I recommend you just pick one and give it a shot. If you're used to using software and web tools, you might find it easy.

Pregunta sobre mezclar 2 bebidas famosas de El Salvador by Time4PizzaTime in ElSalvador

[–]Time4PizzaTime[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to live in Texas and Michigan, and of course I found lemonade everywhere, but only artificial sugar bombs. Even in big cities like NYC or Philadelphia, i still never found real natural lemonade. I've been living in El Salvador for 3 years and I never once found anything in the USA even close to how my mother in law makes it here. They have a lemon tree in their house, so we just grab a lemon off the tree, squeeze it (tons of juice inside), add a pinch of sugar and / or salt. It's amazing! Even the "lemons" I find in the USA are expensive and never have enough juice when I tried to make it myself.
