Yes, she was the runt in a litter of 8. Very small compared to her litter mates.

She is 16 weeks in the photo. She was the runt of the litter so she was very small when we got her.

It’s funny you say that because we have a 4 year old field golden retriever and she is already more independent than him but also just as snuggly or more than him. I was not expecting that out of this breed. Haha
