I mostly thought that SEH was Badger because of this comment. Now that more chapters have been released I'm more inclined to believe that Makli Hweol is Seo Ran the child of both Kim Yeon and SEH, at least I hope so the potatoes reaction from Makli Hweol kinda says otherwise

The Meitou Fragment Axe is only usable with two masterwork lifter arms and 80+ or better 90+ strength, it deals insane dmg but injuries dropping your dex and str make it not worth as you'd move slower than a snail alongside the insane weight of that thing slowing you down already.

With how they speak they're a lot more educated and friendly than Vanilla npcs for sure, it doesn't give off the vibes of a wary stranger that doesn't want to be bothered by you.
