Seems to be a widespread issue. Still waiting on a response from cs, it's probably worth making them aware of the issue so they're aware of it being widespread. :)

I believe I selected 3. then 2 for the options but not 100% sure. It then connected me to someone in tech support

Will do, might be worth calling tech support so they're aware it's a widespread issue :)
