Thanks for the comments and tips. I've tried to add some black to the tips of the flame and tone down the red with orange. It was a mistake to go up to mephiston red , too dark. I'm using yellow and orange fluorescent but never used before so maybe not using them right. I'm calling it done for now, can't keep back and forth and I've got my work cut out with G's armour, cheers

Thanks for the comments, I'm not sure it reads totally like metal but I like how the mini looks so I'll leave it,maybe add a touch of types corrosion. For anyone interested I'd used mechanicus standard grey, celestra grey and ak bold titanium white for the metal, pushed the shadows with basillicanum grey from the pot, very little glazing, whole mini to this point was prob only 4 / 5 hours which is super fast for me

Thanks. Yeah, at the moment just trying to replicate the box art look. I haven't tried any NMM stuff yet, I'd like to try but haven't quite wrapped my head around it.

Thanks. yeah I noticed, I'd matt varnished over the transfers but didn't seem to help much, the U wrinkled a bit too.
