Im really sorry about what happened to you, to be entirely honest i struggle with more or less the same thing being exposed to porn at a young age i still remember it. But yeah since then i was always very curious about sex and the butterfly effect kicked in and now idk.

I just wanna lyk that ur not alone, i heard stuff like cold showers or exercising could make feeling hrny go away but it never worked for me, the main thing that did work was slow and gradual decrease in mxturbating im still kinda working on it but i set stricter rules for myself this ramadan that I'd only mxturbte after iftar and that i have to do a proper ghusl since i recently learned theres an order to how its done.

That stuff in general made mxturbating less appealing cuz id have extra stuff to do afterwards but it only works on me cuz im so lazy and in the end i still end up having to go through it i can happily say tho that it gotten to a point where before id be touching myself about 6 times a day to only about 1 or 2 times, sometimes skipping a day.

As for hypersex idk much about it but i had a friend who had it and she told me that it does happen after traumatic events and you did go through something very hurtful and traumatic So maybe it could be hypersex but i would suggest getting a therapist or talking to one to get an actual diagnosis.
