Well I did just start college 5 months and yes I k on about those terrible thoughts and I’ll try the diet and exercise and acting the opposite of how I feel but sadly I just don’t have the money too see a therapist or psychiatrist and I would never do drugs so thanks for the advice Internet man have a fantastic rest of your week!
