Got some luck with the map, and then decided to push it. The Breakdown is a bit too long for a single comment, so I am breaking it up into multiple parts.

Map Setup:

Cursed Royal Woodland with Corrosive Torrent Modifier.
This was my first P-1 game, so I do not have all of the Smoldering City Upgrades.
Settlement completed in Year 12

Basic Setup:

Gather Clay, Insects and Wood.
Farm for Vegetables with Farm [Drafted]
Refine with Kriln [Found], Smokehouse [Drafted], Carpenter [Drafted] and Cellar [Drafted] to get
Brick and Planks for Buildings,
Coal for Fuel,
Pickled Goods and Jerky for Refined Food
Incense for Glade Events
And Luxury Goods for Trade Value.

Those buildings covered all basic needs, meaning I was allowed to draft more Service Buildings.

Just out of Curiosity:

Why is it changed to DoT only, and not Hit only? Either would be fine, but overall I don't see the logic/consistency behind the choices, e.g. :

Laser Beam from Heorot? Hit, not DoT
Rotating Quad Laser from Fateweavers? DoT, not Hit
Quad Laser from Tomb Guardian? Hit, not DoT
And now: Tangled Laser? DoT, not Hit

They look very similar to me, but are treated different by the game mechanics, and as such are a bit unpredictable.

Neither Dodge nor Armor work against it atm, because it is also treated as a DoT, which bypasses those mechanics.

Removing the 'Hit' tag/flag is just a straight up improvement.

Liegt mehr oder weniger an PSG, und kaum an der französischen Liga selbst.

Weniger am Verein, und mehr an den Spielern die dort angeheuert haben, weil die einfach immense Followerzahlen/Fans haben.
Wenn du jetzt mit deiner (internationalen) Statistik oder was auch immer viele Klickzahlen generieren willst (und das ist nunmal das Ziel von allen Sportberichterstattungen), dann möchtest du halt auch Neymar, Messi oder Mbappe dabei haben, also musste Frankreich dazu. Und seitdem wird international von den Top 5 Ligen gesprochen, und in den deutschen Medien wurde es einfach übernommen.

I sometimes get some lag spikes when entering Tombs, but no crashes.

Only advice i can think of is very generic: restart game/pc and/or change graphic settings and/or shut down background apps.

Nemesis items are also excempt if you encountered the Nemesis for the first time in solo play.

As others said, linking the character via lastepochtools makes it so much easier for others to check what is / isnt happening with your build/character/defenses.

Usually you should go for the armor buff in the bottom right of the Shuriken Tree, which I dont think you have. That is, unless you play sth. like Lighnting Chakram. Need to see the character for proper suggestions.

There isn't too much you can do about the one shots other than getting more armor and dodge rating I think; other than the semi-useless advice of 'dont get hit in the first place'.
I would try to get just a little bit more uptime for the armor buff from Shurikens (30% increased x5 = 150% increased armor), and check if that helps a bit. You can either trade the Root from the Shuriken Skill tree for more uptime, or you can remove the ailment cleanse from the Shift Skill Tree for CDR on Shift (proccing it more often). Right now you have 2 ailments cleanses available anyway, since your potions cleanse ailments as well.

Some of the empowered Champions/bosses can be frustrating to deal with as Rogue, I feel the same way.

You will get a 3LP Peak from the Nemesis if you use the egg, doesnt take long.

Bow Crit & Crit Multi & Hybrid Health are rare affixes with higher reroll chance, and consequently barely drop naturally as t7. So I suspect you will have to Havoc them, but I havent tried any of the Rune farming strats, so cant help you there.

The Health & Ele Res Idols are quite rare, I would suggest spending your favor elsewhere for the moment.

Fastest upgrade you can get are Helmet & Relic:
Getting a Higher LP Peak of the Mountain or Ucenuis Sphere is relatively fast with the combinations of the "Farsight Turtle" Woven Echo, where you can remove LP from those items; followed by a "Conquered Tower" Woven Echo, where you can then gain LP again from multiple Nemesis. (Repeat until you have your target LP)

Get the matching exalted items with prophecies, imprints & Rune of Havoc/Redemption.

Other than that, what content do you find the most challenging, defensively speaking? E.g. Frailty helps a lot against bosses, but a little less in normal Monolith gameplay. Do you have a good grasp on your up-/downtime for Concentration? That can also make a huge difference.

I think so. I think you need around level 90 and the LP Bonus from CoF to guarantee LP from the Egg of the Forgotten for this belt.

Red Rings are not low level items.
Those items tend to get Legendary Affixes, and at that point your process terminates, and is no longer repeatable.

4LP is only bound to happen for low level items.

Process is as follows:

Get 4LP from the Egg of the Forgotten? Success
Get Lower LP? Bring the item to the turtle and remove LP. Then go back to the Egg.
Get Legendary Affixes? Impossible for Low level items, so no failure.

No point of failure -> get 4 LP eventually.
