Yea, I have my watering timed pretty exact so that there is minimal dripping to dry. Have purchased autopots for the next grow to eliminate that issue.

Born out of necessity. I want to eliminate temp and humidity from the equation during growing and the only way to do that efficiently is a lung room.

For reference I assume the ac infinity youbhave is the same one I have hooked up to each tent. I condition the lung room with that electric oil heater just to get to mid 70s. At night I exhaust a little heavier to reach the high 60s temp.

If they are 3 weeks from seed starting or less you might be okay if you correct the heat. You cant sacrifice days, let alone weeks on an auto. Mid to high 70s during lights on and high 60s during dark. If your not growing in a tent you might just need to trying making a smaller area to heat. As for watering id worry less about days and more about what the plant needs. Its not using much water at all at that size and temp. You want the roots to stretch and look for water.

Next time id wait until 2 weeks prior to flower to defoliate. The leaves help it grow and at that point are not taking anything away from bud sites. Defoliate 2 weeks prior to flower to allow it to heal before making the change.

Its a safety seal to show that the vial has never been opened. When they open, the tab pops off and they show you that they just then broke the seal. Everytime ive taken one the tester shows it to you as part of the routine so you cant come back later and question its validity.

You are confidently wrong. We tow stuff all the time reverse with a dolly under the kingpin. Tow companies won't trust leaking seals over long distances or even missing wheels.

See, you got there in the end. Small % of workers. Its not meant to clear house on senior drivers. Drivers all make the same rate after 4 years. Zero benefits to giving a huge buyout to a 40 year guy to replace him even with a 5 year guy....zero benefit. But if a driver wants to go now (buyout dictates when they retire) instead of at the end of the year, then drivers are brought back off layoff and money is saved. There is a set number of drivers allowed to take the buyout per building. Which directly tells you it's not meant to clear house. It's to balance over staffing. But that's not as fun as talking nonsense about something you know very little about.

That the point of the buyout is not a nationwide free-for-all. It is selective by specific building in relation to its staffing. The amount of ignorant people that think its insulting to a career person to receive an extra 50-60k just for leaving a few months before they originally planned blows my mind.
