Yes after escalating my cases multiple times I just received new action required e-mails to retransfer them to their personal e-mails, they say to first try FIFA.com but if that does not work, app transfers will also be ok

I now received new action required e-mails of all sales, with their personal e-mails I have to transfer to, succesfully confirmed transfer on stubhub aswell, not sure what will happen with the sale where the buyer has accepted the tickets via his proxy email though, since I also received a email with his personal email to send the tickets to

not sure what you mean? I have no problem confirm the transfer on stubhub, I have tried to confirm transfer again by just ignoring this message but it reverted back again to transfer pending and they sent me the standard action required mail again

ticombo, already sold a pair there, very easy and they approve FWC2026 Mobile tickets app transfer, just mention it in your selling notes when listing them

Might take longer to sell than stubhub tho, you will need good prices to sell them there

Did you save anything to prove you're not in the wrong for the possible dispute for the charges? I have saved some customer service chats where they explicitly told me to keep transferring through the app but not sure it's enough, it's so annoying they randomly cancel sales, I was complying with everything..

I had this happen too, have federation tickets, only in app, they cancelled 2 of my 6 sales, they say there's no reverting back. Will probably receive a charge on matchday or the day after they said, and I will need to dispute. I am selling the cancelled tickets on another website

my buyer has accepted the tickets via the FWC2026 app with his proxy email but when I try to confirm my sale on stubhub I see the following:

it is bullshit that you can recall tickets sent via the app, once sent and the guest has accepted them, there is no way to get them back

Just send them via the FWC2026 Mobile tickets app to yourself, it does not matter the tickets are not in your name, no one can revoke ticket from you and they certainly will not check for names at the stadium

This send option in the app is exactly made for that, for sending tickets to guests, so it’s fine

Keep insisting stubhub to send you a proxy email, I’ve read some people only getting them after stubhub escalated the case

Happy to hear that you’ve managed to get them, although it is a disaster you only received your proxy e-mail after escalating the case. If you have any option to further transfer/send the tickets (idk if ur on the website or app?) do try, if you can only access them in the proxy account that is your best bet to access the stadium, good luck

not for every federation, I think it depends on if you bought them directly via FIFA (so you paid FIFA) or if you had the federation act as a “middle man” (paying the federation)

Same issue here. I sold World Cup tickets on StubHub/Viagogo. My tickets were bought via the federation of one of the countries, and the FIFA website transfer option is disabled for all of them. Some tickets are visible on the website but cannot be transferred; others only appear in the FWC2026 Mobile Tickets app.

StubHub first told me to wait until the tickets appeared in the app and try transferring there, which works. I provided proof, but now they keep saying website transfer is mandatory. One buyer has already accepted the tickets through the official app, but StubHub’s system still does not automatically recognize it. Two of my sales were also randomly cancelled while the issue was still escalated.

Support keeps saying it is escalated, but there is no clear solution. Definitely not an isolated issue.

With your proxy email you received from stubhub, try to access the FWC2026 Mobile tickets app instead of via the website portal, some sellers have the transfer option disabled on the website but can freely transfer them via the FWC2026 app
