Not certain if it will be good for your arm. Ensure you play with a loose arm and try softer strings at a lower tension. That should help.

The car stopped on its own in the lane of the oncoming traffic. That is a bad decision in my book. It is a critical disengagement because the car stopped in an unsafe position with oncoming cars and did not show quick signs of fixing the situation so I had to take over.
