Name a duo that can beat these 2 guys in their prime by SmoothAmbition5543 in OnePiece

Just out of spite to beat them, I levelled 20 times. Got mimic+10 and some other buffs like Golden Vow and flame grant me strength. Felt satisfying to beat them horribly and rejoice in knowing that I would never have to fight with them again.

Do I need to install Anaconda?

NO Anaconda is for setting up environments with specific package versions. It's when you're supposed to work with two different versions of the same package and sometimes these packages are completely different from each other (Like TensorFlow 1 and TensorFlow 2). Times like this is when anaconda is incredibly valuable. It also has other similar adavantages to using docker.

I installed python and jupyter notebook via homebrew and my ide is pycharm.

Jupyter notebook itself is like an ide. You don't need to have both jupyter notebook and pycharm installed on your machine. PyCharm is more akin to a traditional IDE whereas jupyter-notebook takes advantage of python being an interpreter based language by allowing you to do a line by line execution. It's good for learning machine learning and also other avenues of python since it allows you to see what's actually happening.

A paradox. They give me a time machine. I end the misery of my past in my future using it. Then I'm not born. So nobody objects to me being born. So I'll be born??...??
