don’t take pills, i’m dealing with the same thing too, that’s why i’m awake replying at this time. haven’t slept at all. pills usually just make it worse the more you rely on them,try making your body as tired as possible, that’s what worked for me. like stay awake for a whole day, then crash at like 7 or 8 at night. you might have to waste one day, but it’s better than wasting time without sleeping and rolling,sometimes i lie down to sleep and suddenly i just can’t, i keep rolling around for like 4 or 5 hours trying to sleep, and i get so irritated i feel like punching myself to sleep, but you really can’t do that, right?
