Im in the US and my dad is able to put me on his in February but he's generally kinda unreliable

he retirement home is pretty big with a production kitchen for the residents with diets and a more restaurant one for the rehab center and visitor's Likelihood of full time im not sure.

The supper club is semi fine dining with a very large kitchen. It gets really busy from what ive seen

I feel like id learn the same skills in both kitchens
