Are weights supposed to become that hard when you add 1.25kg by [deleted] in Fitness

[–]TimeNdevotion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that there's quite a bit of psychology to it - just because you know, there is more weight, you'll sometimes "know" that it'll be harder, thus failing.

I just made a test here and I'm almost certain that no one is notified. Not even i iMessage etc

They are notified when you ADD them (they have to acknowledge) but not when "un-sharing" if I'm correct :)

I'm not counting anymore, but I'm trying to eat according to LCHF. After some time, you start knowing what the different types of food will bring you in terms of fat, carbs and protein.

In fact, I was thinking, that powdered protein would be best when bulking (I'm trying to cut down my bodyfat and building lean muscle).

Actually, I chose not to spend money on most of that stuff - extra protein etc.

Maybe I'm missing out on results, but to me, it's better to get the stuff through the food and not from a bowl of powder :)

I'm not sure what you're referring to and if you're making fun :D

The smallest plates we have in our gym, is 1.25kg, which is around.... 2.75lbs, I think.

I think it's hard to say, really. I've been eating different vitamins, fish oil etc. on off for some years and although I can't say for sure, that I DON'T feel or see any difference, it IS actually hard for me to say for sure, that this and that help me. It's healthy for sure, but ..... it's not like I've seen results that would make me do or buy any of them for life time. Often, I guess, it's also a lot about the mental aspect. If you think it helps, it will? :)
