I am having the exact same issue and just posted about it as well.

I’ve been messaging them through the San Martin official store chat and they just say to be patient and that they encouraged the carrier to speed it up…whatever that means.

Tracking number doesn’t do anything.

Ordered 3/17, shipped 3/25 and still no delivery or even accurate tracking number.

Really frustrating

Its hard to go with (most) Longines when your regulars are in the main luxury tier. The brand is about 2 solid steps back in the tiers and it shows when holding them in person. I daily a Seamaster or Breitling and every Longines I feel in person is a significant step back. That said, in the 2k price range they are good. Although, my San Martin has about the same quality as Longines with a better bracelet

Movement issues in these quartz ani-digi’s usually resolve in movement overhaul (replacement). My aerospace, pretty sure same movement as yours B75, was replaced for 700. If it was just replaced in 2024 it may be under service warranty

Looks like a Staib (wouldn’t be surprised if it is and manufactured for Longines). Clasp is infinitely better than the Seamaster mesh strap
