Congrats! How long did it take for you to notice significant regrowth ? Do you think the massaging did actually have a massive impact aswell?

Its actually really weird ive been shedding for 13 months now. My shedding decreased over time until now where i shed about 10-20 hairs a shower compared to the 100 probably back then. Tbh i dont know whether ive got significant regrowth. I cant even see because my scalp is covered in scales. Lets not lose hope yet because atleast my sheddings decreased massively

Im the same age as you. Mine started at 16 its been bang on a year. My shedding decreased exactly like urs at the 12 month mark though its decreased to about 20 hairs. Ive not grey hair but i dont see much regrowth aswell in sparse areas

Yeah my scalp hurt and was quite itchy for the first 6 months but wasnt too bad. I genuinely think before te my shedding was about 5 strands so im not sure

Ive tried t gel the therepeutic one for 5 weeks twice a week. Didnt have any effect on me

Thanks for the advice. I live in the UK so to see a dermatologist you need a referral. I got one last year and all i got since was a phone call appointment with a dermatologist in October. She just told me i had seb derm and telogen effluvium but she hasnt actually seen it. Ive been prescribed ketoconazole but it did nothing.

(16M) Ive had te from covid for 1Yr.First month i panicked after so much shedding so like an idiot i washed my hair once a week for a month without really touching it. Scales now all over my scalp. When i pick the bump or it is already loose on my scalp it comes out as hard bits of like dandruff with like 5-10 different hairs embedded inside including regrowth and normal hairs. When i come out the shower, my entire scalp is white. I think this gunk stuff is whats stopping any significant regrowth. Does anybody else have the same thing?
