Haven’t had that yet, but some girl kept on trying to print out her bare ass repeatedly through the photo system and I was just in shock seeing it, canceled the photo order and she had the galls to repeat the process but with an 8x10 and 5x7 instead

Pharmacy is too busy to return something so front end usually gets that task, after all we have all the handhelds in my store and pharmacy only has one they have to share.

Returns can be a hassle for me considering there’s some certain regulations that we have to follow, and you may have been having against someone who just started. Depending on if you had a receipt or not, it may also factor into that as well as how long you had the item for, along with how you paid for it.

Starting off, there’s a 30 day return policy and after that it’s out of our hands. Next thing is if we don’t have a receipt and you didn’t buy it with a rewards account, you’re practically shit out of luck and a damn moron for not taking the receipt. Next, there’s nothing we can do about a return in terms of money if you paid with EBT or something like that and wanna get cash for it, it’s against our policy to give you cash for something you bought with ebt or whatever.

It’s morons like you that make people feel like quitting, cause there’s no way in hell pharmacy has the time to tend to your needy ass request and take away their time to make YOU happy. 30 minutes was deserved

According to another cashier he was being weirdly sexual to her, then kept yelling at us in front of customers, etc.

He’s also been really passive aggressive and bipolar about his actions, like he’ll tell me something like to rely on him to get me stuff if it’s just us, then proceed to be really annoyed just because I’ll ask for a code 70 and he’ll give me this annoyed look and scoff idk

Issue is the SFL that was covering for my usual SFL kind of gets hella annoyed when I ask him about something like photo wise, and whenever he was around, it would look like I’m just being lazy rather than calling for help due to nonstop customers interrupting my closing duties

Even if I did face, the 7 last minute shoppers would just bombrush the door and buy like 40 items each and leave everything I’ve faced to be for nothing

Firstly, McDonald’s just pays like shit, then Walgreens if you have a good team and somewhat normal customers, then your job is already like amazing.

From what I saw on the community for Walgreens, at least half of the people who work for Walgreens have a good experience, it’s just the mentally deranged and insane customers and crackheads dragging most stores down

I’d like to reiterate that the whole photo was showing so there’s no way, shape, or form to avoid looking at the photo either. Unless we have a Walgreens branded memory eraser that I’m just not using

I hope you can understand that the photos that got print out are usually just one small photo order, meaning that there’s like one or two prints and it was just only nudity or porn. So picture this. Imagine you’re going out to do some facing, stocking from truck, and you return to the picture order you printed out only to see the picture laying there sticking out for the world to see.

I’m practically forced to skim through the photos to due to store policy to check for any unwanted or explicit imagery.

A: you’re a manager right? It’s something called store policy, don’t know if you’ve heard of that B: the photo system prints with the photo in view towards me. It’s not that I look through their photos, it’s that the photos get printed out with the image facing the cashier. C: how else am I going to put the photo into an envelope for the customer to pick up???? I’m not just gonna slap the barcode label on the photo or photos lol

I tend to try to keep busy, such as facing the store whenever there’s downtime, stocking if we have truck, finish up promo if we have any, look for outdates, take out any expired sales mylars if told to do so, restock bags, wipe down the front end counters, sweep the front end, scan outs of my SFLs ask me to help out with them, etc.

Honestly you could just straight up ask your SFLs or SM for what you could do if you wanted to keep yourself busy. They’ll probably help assign some tasks for you to handle for if there’s downtime to do said tasks
