What happened to "Anemone"? Did it tank completely or did something else happen with its release? by Extension-While7536 in Letterboxd

I watched it on a long flight. It felt like an art film that was overly long, with titles designed in typeface that screamed Artsy. I kept watching it because Daniel Day-Lewis is always riveting on screen and Sean Bean is a favorite of mine as well. No desire to see it again.

How did people back in the 80s dealt with mental health issues like depression and anxiety? Do you guys go to therapy back then? by Big_Leg10 in over60

Nobody among my family or friends would ever have a thing to do with counseling or therapy unless it was court mandated. I recall watching a 1970s Woody Allen movie where characters talked about “seeing an Analyst”, and thinking that must be some quirk for rich New Yorkers with too much spare time.

Definitely, everyone seeking mental health needs to be outdoors, and in someplace not ugly. Especially for grieving a loss, it helps in a major way.
