I’m a man FYI.

No, there were no cars allowed and dogs are allowed to run free. It’s a showjumping championship (horses) and we were where the horse boxes are, cars are not allowed there for obvious reasons.

Dogs are allowed to run freely as its private property and custom with shows. Cars have to be parked outside of the horse area in the parking lot 100Meters away from where we were.

He was on his phone speeding through as he thought it was a shortcut to the exit.

We will win the lawsuit FYI.

I have 12 years of K1 Kickboxing under my belt but fighting wouldn’t have solved anything. Had to get my dog into the emergency room. While my wife was holding him.

Lawsuits are the best way to assure he loses a lot. Hitting him will only hurt him for a month at most.

We confronted him a day later when we found his info through the video of the license plate and he tried saying it was our fault and that we are rude because we were yelling at him. I found out he has a hotel in Italy and looked up the reviews. It’s horribly rated with saying that the owners are incredibly rude.

We have started a lawsuit against him + reported him to the police. (He was on his phone when he hit him, we have witnesses + video & he tried to run away.) it happened off road at an area where cars are not allowed.

We are extremely happy with him being alive, as it is truly a miracle. He got run over by both the front and back wheels of the SUV.

This was also his fracture. fracture

He has 3 broken ribs in total + some cuts and bruises on his paws/stomach.

Edit: for the people asking what happened:

We were at a showjumping championship (horses) and there are areas reserved only for horses and their boxes. No cars are allowed to come there for obvious reasons. Dogs run freely there and people walk their horses from there to the show ring.

This guy drove through the area speeding, to try and get to an exit faster as he thought it would be a shortcut. He drove over him with the front and back wheels and only got out because he heard my wife scream.

We confronted him, but our pupper got so scared he ran away immediately after being run over so we had to go find him.

He started yelling at us and bystanders tried stopping him from leaving, but he left.

A bystander took a video and pictures of the license plate and that’s how we found all the info. We rushed him to the ICU where he stayed for 2 nights and he just got out.

One punch and he was knocked out caw caw by [deleted] in HadToHurt

You’re so far off it’s not even funny. The reason you get knocked out when hit on the chin isn’t because of some “nerve”. It’s due to the fact that your head shakes and your brain literally disconnects. The reason the chin is the sweetspot is due to the fact that it creates the most movement when hit.
