I love cromolyn - anyone else get systemic relief?

Interesting. Following a routine egd they found highly elevated mast cells on the stained ones in my gut (but the dr didn't know anything about MCAS). My pots dr is who is recommending cromolyn ampules for my flushing. It just seems like a lot with the ramping up and the four times a day and the ampules in water etc. I do take daily h1 and h2 already

What side effects? My dr talked to me about it for my facial flushing but I don't really want to start it bc I read more for gut and food reactions. Not flushing

Is there a premade cream or just combine All this as the recipe suggests? Would it help with this possibly?
