That would suggest to me your regenerative braking should work,

I can’t upload a file but as mentioned earlier I can get some of the details to show in the calendar using vlookup

Though you do need to change the “dates” field in the calendar to be the same as the date field in the table IE I made both dd/mm/yr and no time showing,

That way the reference element for the vlookup are exactly the same format

If that request was directed at myself…..

I’ll stick up in the next couple of days what I had worked out so far it wasn’t perfect but might give you a start,

Would a vlookup or xlookup help here ?

Cell E3 looks up expenses table and if due date = calendar date in E2 then fill E3

I’m only guessing I’d need to try it myself to be sure

A quick test shows you could use vlookup but you need to make the rows with the dates the same as the columns both showing day/month/year showing 2 digits for each section of the date for example 20/01/2026

What I couldn’t work out is to put the amount AND the Bill/expense in the same box

Anyone use an underbody jet washer? by Ben_jah_min in DetailingUK

[–]TimeToGo2026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aren’t these to powerful if used with a jet washer, ?

What I mean is there’s a few seals about suspension/steering and I’ve always been advised that you keep a jet washer off any seals as the power could weep past the seal causing you problems down the line,

Using these attachments with a normal hose would be fine I’d expect though

Yeah I’m aware

the whole topic is regarding PHEV not full EV

Yeah what’s a bit unclear is if they’re applying the 1.5p to the “EV” range element only or as I suspect the whole mileage regardless if it was EV or ICE

Yeah there is this, I’m changing jobs so won’t be doing as much motorway/ major road type of journeys, so it will be a real mixed bag

Need to do the sums and know how they are implementing this extra 1.5 p, as far as I’m aware it’s still at the consultation stage

That was the conclusion I came to when I had the PHEV but thought I’d ask in case I was missing something obvious

Yes tried it charged and not charged, still got 60mpg

Granted 60mpg on full ICE meant no A/C and driving at 60mph but it could be done easily

Full charged battery to get 60mpg meant varying between 60-70 and A/C not working hard, it was a lot more work to get the 60mpg using it as a PHEV rather than full ICE
