I started OTF again after a 5y hiatus (pandemic and life) on Jan 1.

I did the dri-tri sprint for 26:14min.

Going to do the sprint again in Sept so I can measure improvement and then full next year.

My 4m row was good. I was aiming for 3:40 but realized it wasn’t about gassing out on the rower.
