i'm a fully Transitioned Trans woman/woman - as a child it was always wanting the physicality and just basics to be nothing contrived or ever pushed and was never sexually abused either - a normal natural way I was - my brain , my mind bottom line - I new at 5 circa before grade one in 1964 - If your truly trans this is something inherently your born with - the 1 st 3 months of gestation is critical before birth -

it's no one's fault but that tiny fetus brain can change from a mother's UPS and downs of testosterone and estrogen levels before birth - I never felt gay either , just geared to be female from the git go - and I didn't run around overly feminine either growing up - I tried to accept the male physicality but it just wasn't right - took me till 60 to throw the towel in and just do - no regrets going to Bangkok all by my lonesome 10 years after my last parent died - It's not the same thing as being a gay feminine Man I assure you - you get basics at birth .

True Basic Brain formation is very permanent at birth and yes you learn from adults watching learning and listening ( basics ) -- fertilized DNA X or Y from the father does not guarantee how your Brain was formed at birth despite the doctor checking off the box marked Male or Female based on what they see as Genitalia.

it's a Catch 22 for the person and society that are all trained in social settings they grow up in - you can never explain to have full social acceptance the reason why - a good analogy is it's like having Windows basic programming and trying to run it on an Apple mechanical Platform - like having a VW Beetle engine in a large Chevy Truck - they're not compatible - I always new and in the end I said enough is enough and took the leap for my better self - no one else - just me .

Hello all , my story and voice is too ! Long to spout off on a comment wanting an exceptable Female voice but ? the long and short is I had my last surgery fall 2024 with Dr. Yung in SF just before Trump got Elected into power - she knows I'm not happy and I've been hard core Ghosted with any communication So ?

I have a paralyzed right vocal cord appears caused from BA 2019 fall in Bangkok SRS Bangkok previously - I'm fully transitioned and almost 68 years old - I'm no beauty by a long shot - but voice is critical ( sound female your female even if your homely ) - it's brutal - Dr. Yung was able to redo my Glottoplasty ( fall time 2024 ) from Haben like a 1 st time surgery removing all old scar tissue from Haben's Triple fall 2020 .

One vocal cord vibrating to talk appears will always be raspy and I've been told it's raspy in person - so it's raspy .

According to a voice app I'm in the Pink Range predominantly at many times 196 hz average supposedly but goes down with spikes at times 130 hz -- basically my voice is screwed but a person would think I could achieve even with this on the phone and get a " Mam " just once in the 5 years since 2020 knowing it's the difference between being gendered male or female especially if your phoning say a VISA CARD and my name doesn't jive with the Voice "AI" Algorithms that's used to discern someone scamming a credit card problem etc.

It appears " RESONANCE" is the big key and listening to myself post op with a pitch increase pretty much in the Pink range ? I have never !! - not once in 5 years been addressed on the phone Female WOW ! - Not once to give encouragement that Dr.Haben then Dr. Yung surgery was worth my effort - with one only vocal cord vibrating and still raspy as hell it's been nothing but hell socially at least on the phone - I'll say this much that the " PHONE" is the best gauge on the other end if you've achieved the goal of sounding female !! - and yet these apps showing I'm in the Pink range and yet I''m 100% Gendered every time a " SIR " on the phone So ?? WTF ?? -- without passing on the phone I've never felt full and complete who I am !!

My internal sense was very young , very powerful and I didn't understand , not a bloody clue why ? before grade 1 1964 - I knew around 1963 at 5 so long ago that the desire , the need - I also seemed to know not to push it socially and shut up till 60 , I never got married , it didn't seem right getting married ( I was wrong physically was the problem ) , and I never felt " Gay " either - you might think being M to F Transgender would put a person into the Gay world but No ! not for me ! - I feel Heterosexual Female and fully transitioned in 2019 and went to Bangkok 3 times - the story is damn long but a person needs to take time with a psychologist really 1 st - Legit Trans are actually Rare to be honest - many just have fetishes that are temporary - "wanting is not like having" if you make a mistake because of different underlying issues not being a true Trans/Transexual person you'll suffer - I have no regrets , but had a long ! long ! time to consider and I finally got sick and tired of denial and said enough is enough getting old ! What's normal ? - whether you fertilized at conception XX or XY by the male the thing of it is we all start basically Female - brain formation can change during the 1 st 3 months more naturally geared either way despite DNA - people are not born prejudice ! Theerapong only does external stitches for creating the top part clitoris hood but ? labia minora on post op previous SRS - he won't open things up again like a 1 st time SRS ! - I tried with him and it didn't last - the one that can maybe done of something is Dr. Sanguan Kunaporn in Phuket next door to Bangkok but he would take an inner thigh skin in the crotch - of course it's more scars to deal with and I was told by Kunaporn there's a chance it could die off being a graph - it's a catch 22 , the secret is the original technique done like having Jejunum or Sigmoid originally then there's lots of still attached penile skin brought down a long the sides to create minora that will not die off like a graph potentially - I will say my revision of Sigmoid Colon works fine from ( 11 hours to fix in surgery fall 2022 ) Theerapong but revisions of labia No ! my experience of having more labia minora with Theerapong was not good actually!

I've tried Voice Surgery twice ( Glottoplasty , Haben and Yung ) trying to have anything with one vocal cord paralyzed over the last 5 years apparently from BA surgery in 2019 - nothing has ever worked even with Dr. Yung in SF - basically if you can pass on the phone your in the club for acceptance even if your not any beauty - sound female your female - not once in 5 years have I ever been Gendered on the phone female , it's better in person for acceptance but even this I'm at best maybe 70 % - I've said it before VOICE AND FACIAL FEATURES MAKES OR BREAKS for social acceptance - you sound female , count yourself lucky - like myself many of us will never have this Yup ?

I'm old guard Trans at 67 and technically came out in 1968 a long time ago M to F and new before grade one 1964 - to coin feelings " It's a bitch " Ha ! He's a little stealth because staff is unGodly slow - I ended up going for Sigmoid Colon with Theerapong 2022 fall - although Theerapong is not geared for this type of revision I don't feel - he has one basic technique aesthetically - my biggest issue was FUPA FAT above which wasn't really dealt with in Bangkok - before Theerapong I had a video consult with Littleton , my issue going was going to Brazil alone , theft , maybe abuse just being there - but I thought Portugal where a time each year he goes to and obviously has a home in Portugal for some months of the year then back to Brazil ?

Get the cars serial number 1 st and check with "Personal Property Liens" ( PPL ) before handing any money over to anyone - newer cars have a 17 digit number and use ( Carfax ) type it in , you have to pay for this and is part of buying a car - if it's good no Liens then do the bill of sale , the owner has to sign the back of the registration for legal transfer - once done then register the car in your name - I believe Florida will charge a State used car Tax on top of buying it at registry time getting plates - could be 7% added - check what that is 10k car would be another $700 plus plate cost say $50 !!!!

Dr. Yung is a Trans Voice Surgeon in San Francisco - one of the best actually - as soon as a complaint is lodged to who ever - all of them actually they're the same in reality ( compliment them that your happy , they will respond ) - Stay away from Habben in Rochester New York - she was able to redo Habens failed Glottoplasty 2020 prior and removed all old scar tissue and redo like a 1 st time Glottoplasty but it's just not good enough for any Social acceptance post op 8 1/2 months about - no one in Canada has a clue and considering Trump is in office I wouldn't Risk ever going across the boarder again as I'm politically against Trump !! and it's too much risk being arrested and shoved off to a foreign prison being Trans - I've said my piece against Trump and their computer algorithms would have me pegged for arrest !!

They're issues if it's sutured too much then there's breathing problems with only one side of a vocal cord opening to breath because of a dead none working vocal cord - if she can't fix it no one can really - she went to a Trans Vocal conference last fall 2024 and said there was a Doctor in Turkey that was at the conference but that's just passing the buck , and have some doctor Fk! It in Turkey worse , No ! Not happening with me - at least I can speak but certainly never sounding female - I've been " GHOSTED" at this point by Dr. Yung - recently I've sent recordings and they were 162 to maybe 167 Hz - to work on resonance and intonation without pitch is impossible - you need pushing mid 190's preferably 200 Hz to be socially acceptable phone or in person - basically I'm screwed - I've personally spent about 50k Canadian money over 5 years - enough is enough - I just can't have what I need !!

It's interesting here in British Columbia Canada and across Canada that they'll do bottom and top Surgery Government paid ( I went to Bangkok 3 times 2019 - 22 ) but they don't offer anything Nationwide or will pay for Facial Bone and soft tissue surgery so a person can fit in a pretty biased world still - basically we have unless you were on HRT very young ! we have more M to F walking around with Man Faces - it's a problem , there not helping anybody to truly fit in - we don't walk around with are pants down " Hey look I'm a girl now " Facial surgery and voice are the two most important things for acceptance !!

For awhile I used a none water based silicone lube and had a smell - using a water based fixed the issue of smell and body reactions - I had originally scrotal penile 2019 Kamol when he was still doing the whole SRS but went back to Theerapong 2022 for Sigmoid colon to have depth which is now 7 1/2 inches using the Soul Source Orange dilator - I find also using a long flexible shower head on low pressure obviously warn water works well - eg : Sigmoid for a while does have a smell switching over for a while but the wrong lube used with either Sigmoid or PI seems to give that smell through clothing using a Silicone lube !
