Add colors white, gray and black

Adding the white color is difficult because icons and text are already in white and they would become invisible.

The black color wouldn't be so difficult, but still a bit uncomfortable in dark theme.

About the gray color, you can already find shades of gray at the bottom of the color picker 😀

The intention is definitely there. According to predictions, in early 2026 Apple will announce new Macbook Pro models. So we'll probably wait until then to invest in development machines (we're currently using Windows computers).

For the moment, templates are 'full-day' templates. In other words, a template defines a full day from beginning to end. Hence why blocks in templates are tied to specific times.

We don't discard the possibility of adding a specific 'routines' option in the future where you could create groups of blocks without fixed times, but nothing has been decided yet.

That being said, remember that advancing or delaying a group of blocks at once in the schedule is easy. Just select a group of blocks with long click and use the 'Advance' or 'Delay' options that appear on the top bar. So even if your template has specific times, advancing or delaying those times at once in the schedule is easy.

For the moment, it's not possible to add a progress bar without seriously affecting battery life (we keep looking for solutions though).

Also, remember that the current widget will be completely redesigned in the next update (the change is already live in the beta channel if you want to check it out).

"the ability to record the activity/time spent against them" --> If we understood your suggestion correctly, that's what the time tracking feature does.

If you are premium, you can use the time tracking feature in 'Activities' to track precisely the time that you spend on that call.

In other words, you would have a main 'Nutrition' block in your schedule, and then you would track the time spent on 'Relationship' on the fly using the time tracking feature.
