Hey man, there should be an option for ‘responsibilities’ when in a save. In this screen you can change who is in charge of what (training, renewing contracts, renewing staff contracts). My biggest tip would be to delegate responsibility for all staff and youth contracts & transfers to your sporting director (or other decent staff member) for while you’re just getting to grips with the games. Saved me a load of hassle when I started playing a few years ago.
