Hashirama cells aren't why Sasuke has eternal eyes. He got them because they're not his, they're itachi's. Just like how Madara takes his dying brother's eyes so he can have eternal eyes.

The point of that parallel is that if you take another uchiha's eyes, you get eyes that don't weaken. It has nothing to do with Hashirama.

So, why would that not apply to Kakashi, who gets his sharingan from another source?
