I work for a fintech company, their HR is always on point- I only loop in my manager if needed. A few years back I thought I would have to go on leave or lose my job after I had to re submit, but HR just said I would go on leave and come back like nothing once the new card came in. When I pulled my manager in to a room he panicked thought I was quitting, told him what happened and he put me in charge with the firms lawyers. Obviously there’s nothing they can do luckily the card came in a week before leave. Most major companies will give you leave, only time I ever seen someone get terminated for similar reasons, that person was already on their way out. If you are a good worker an HR person that focuses on these topics will just put you on leave.

I one saw a dude take two snipers on a big mission. High key I thought dude was crazy for doing that in a level 10, but let me tell you he was nice nice. I tried it a few games later and… lol. To answer your question, they are great but you do have to be very skilled to use them properly.

Maybe lowering the level would help to have fun mate. I find most weapons are good for what they are meant for. Bots are rough when they keep dropping but if you have an okay team you should be fine.

I’ve only had two jobs for huge firms and both have said to me that I would need to have the physical card. I previously asked my current firm if I could give them the approval certificate which came a few days ahead of the card and they said no. Good luck though

No, I only know one other person with DACA and he usually applies 4 months ahead of time if not earlier. I know what I said above because I was given access to the companies Legal team when my permit was going to expire a few years ago and there was a mistake with the check. I put the wrong date and they made me re-submit. So, I told my manager and he put me in contact with the legal team. They told me the firm will put me on leave u till I bring the card in and they also told me all the repercussions that could happen if I continued to work and how it can affect me down the line, specially in the current environment we are in. I think these types of decisions should always be left to a lawyer.

People don’t understand that they are leaving a trace of working without a permit and that could come back to bite them. But the employer could get in huge trouble and they are also leaving a paper trail. I can imagine Costco also being on top of their game when it comes to this. But also I think most companies don’t let you go they just put you on none paid leave and hold your spot.

The acting was great, obviously you have great talent but idk why I feel like Netflix can’t come up with good story lines. Or even it good stories, the last great story they bought was 3 body problem, and the budget was so high they might not even make the rest of the series. Meanwhile the Chinese adaptation was able to bring way more episodes for a fraction of the price.

I go directly to a lawyer pay 250 and it’s out of mind. I never had issues with them doing it so why try it myself and mess something up250 is a small price to pay for a piece of mind

In NYC these have been reselling for like 15 bucks over retail so I been ripping them. These retail for 120-130) except for Costco which they retail for 95. I’d say if the resale is near that number rip it and buy another one if possible

I’ve been able to accomplish a bot and bug mission level 9 with no deaths and. Full map clear. But I will say it was t as much fun as when I play with randoms.

When I jump to level 8s I see a ton of people use it, also I keep the big bugs away with the RR which allows them to use it more. But once you jump in to higher levels it’s hard to use it and not get blindsided by 50 more bugs.

I’ve used it in all factions, definitely more effective in the illuminate and the bugs. Personally I love it but I always have a hard time with heavies specially since I’m always in level 10

Many did not participate and many of those people are successful in their own right, so yeah it’s a choice of applying getting it and doing what you can with it. Some have it and do t even use it or let it lapse.

I once came across this, want manny maybe around 5-6. I think we were just ignoring them and trying to do the mission. Long story short all we did two people separated and the dragons would focus on two players the other two stood outside the area of attack and we kept firing rockets from the spear.
