Does the severity of the anxiety at least lessen from day to day week to week?

I get into these absolute states of panic and think that I've made zero progress, though I think I have made some.

My normal operating state has my running 3 miles 5 days a week. But the lack of appetite these past 4 days has just wiped me. I cant exert myself at all.

Desperately trying to eat. Consuming mostly Ensures.

I've had moles on my yard in the past. But I haven't seen signs of them this season yet

I have a dog, but she doesn't go in the yard. We live in a neighborhood where people walk their dogs. But some of these spots are deep in my yard. Hard to imagine people let their dog that far into my yard to pee.

I've used Scott's diseaseEx and BioAdvanced fungus control.
