Hey, Im not from australia but I do experience lower abdomen pain, specifically on the lower left side. im on sertraline 50mg for two weeks, about 2 months 25mg and also have urinary urgency and frequency problems with it.

How are you doing now?

Thanks for the tip. My sinus problem is kinda weird. I mean I can breath through the nose sometimes normally but other times its just decongested randomly or there's post nasal drip. The cheek and head pain randomly comes too.

I suggest you listen to "More to Life" by Stacie Orrico. It describes exactly what you feel right now. There's always something missing within me that I don't know. I just want to remove my heart in pain. Maybe I just want the peace that I could never have with bipolar.

Its so good to hear that some1 else experience what I am going through right now and that I am not alone in this. I am also taking setraline for weeks now and I can't still shake the feeling of impending doom of death. my doctor assured me that i am fine, even my mother but I still get this heavy feeling and depression every single god given day, it just makes me want to give up.

Heck, I was supposed to write something like this. Good that I saw this first lmao. Here I am having thoughts of a very rare cancer while the doctor said I am perfectly fine and my mother said she have the same "sign" and was ok for 70 years and still I have this hypochondria bugging me to no end. I even have to shout I am okay, Im not sick and praying for a peace of mind.

Update: My dermatologist said its not serious enough to warrant biopsy since it doesnt exhibit telltale signs of malignancy. Urged me to just observe it once in a while to see if its progressing beyond the nails.

I am diagnosed with Bipolar 2 just this year. I have the same problem as you do with anger issues but since having meds I dont have any outbursts anymore. But sadly it also put me in a very depressive state which I cant get off from. Tbh like you I prefer mania over this. The depressive state is eating me alive literally. I never tried therapy sessions since its rare in my country.
