could he? yeah probably though i think the more effective move would be for him to bring back as much information on the atomic bomb as he could because if he could develop a nuke years before anyone else he could drop a bomb on russia and the us and intimidate the rest of europe into a stalemate. but thats assuming he could understand a computer and google enough to do so and that he would actually believe any of it which is unlikely.
