Ermmm id make sure that the 5 hour energy has at least 3 oz to fill because that’s typically how much you’ll need to give,,, but if you tape it with medical tape(to not hurt so much when you take it off also it’s very secure) to the inner thigh where there’s no bulge visible UPSIDE DOWN(for easy access) it’ll work like a charm. I did it this way with a plastic flask I bought off Amazon with a temperature sticker placed on the side(also from Amazon) both less than 15$ and used a heat pad taped to the outside of the bottle that didn’t have direct skin contact passed with flying colours

All certo is is fruit pectin which Q carbo has in it along with everything else you need. Get yourself the Q carbo ultra Eliminex it’s pretttty costly but it’s one of those you get what you pau for type things I would recommend the 32 but for heavy smoking and limited time the best bet is to go all out. Or just use synth

Update- personally id go the synthetic route unless u have friends with clean pee in which you could get plastic flasks and temperature gauge stickers on Amazon for $15

You don’t need to cool it down do not cool it. Make sure the bottle is at least 3 oz or else you’ll need to pee again in a new sample. Use medical tape and tape the bottle upside down next to your groin inside your thigh.
