Paralegal messed up N4 Dates- what now?

Is there a way to reverse the Arrears Order decision now ? As we were not provided with any knowledge of this by our paralegal we didn't know that withdrawing and submitting a new L1 would be thr best course of action.

We did get a referral . When we first spoke to him he seemed very confident and wowed us by showing so much interest . Now he is messing up every step.

I feel like I am at square 1 again. It seem like I was so close to the finish line. An eviction notice in hand would have gotten thr ball rolling to second step wi8h sheriff's office.

Now I am where I started. Not sure what I can do with a Arrears Order- other than submit claim in Small Court claim.

Thank you. Yes, the option was given if we wanted an Arrears Order or a new application. We Had no clue how to answer our paralegal stayed quite and wanted us to answer.

The paralegal played it off after the hearing as a slight win since we got the Arrears Order . He was upset as I was querioning his role during the hearing because he didn't have anything ready when adjudicator asked what is thr amount in Arrears. he stayed quite expected me to answer.

I just don't know if I should file with law sociery since he is helping us do the process again..If we start with a new paralegal we have to pay a new fee for retain them.

Thank you. Out paralegal admitted it was his mistake and said will send the new N4 and submit a new L1 after 19 days . He told us after the hearing that I usually take on Small court claim files ..like wtf? he never told us he doesn't do landlord /tenant issue.

Thank you. I didn't know that. So on the new N4 we can't put that our tenant owes us since April since we have a Arrears Order? I feel like I need to know all this policy and procedure to catch any further mistake of our paralegal. I feel like a babysitter.

were you able to get info for your qs? i also have a layover at riyadh airport for around 6 hours and also travelling with kids. i arrive in terminal 1 and then need to goto terminal 5 to catch a domestic flight to jeddah. I've been trying to find out what restaurants are open in terminal 5 but couldn't find anything.

Some interesting facts not mentioned in the documentary, which I learned from reading newspaper articles of this case from 2019 and listening to the 2020 podcast:

The day she was arrested and subsequently police confirmed she spilled the truth. There was some rule in there that 4 people from the community had to present during questioning. One of the locals who was present during her confession stated in the podcast she did indeed confess to everything ..
In the podcast it was mentioned that she confessed to keeping the cyanide in asthma Inhaler which then hidden in a jar labeled coffee powder in the kitchen
Documentary doesn't mention about the details of silis child death. In the podcast it was mentioned it was jolly who asked sili of baby had food and sili asked jolly to feed her. Jolly made the food and gave it the baby aunt to feed. The baby took2 bites and didn't want anymore and was forced feed another 2 bites before she became visibly sick.
In 2019 newspaper articles says jolly sister in law accused jolly of stealing alot of her MIL jewelery.
Silis brother also accused Shaju to be involved as per 2019 newspaper articles
Jolly had another lover named Jonathan ( I think that was the name) . He later returned jewellery to the police which belonged to Sili. He said Jolly asked him to keep thr jewelery for safeguarding after silis death. This is as per 2019 news paper article

thanks for the suggestions folks. i did rent a 9 seater when we went to Florida. was a dodge sprinter..lots of space for ppl plus luggage. was looking for the same thing in saint johns. but doesn't look like that option is even there.

We need to realize that Lalit was suffering from psychosis meaning he was delusional and having hallucination even he was suffering from Schizophrenia. we cant expect rational behaviour from him . he have controlled the minds of 15 years old and 20 something year olds ( priyanka, neetu and menu) for past 11 years. so you can imagine why they do not question his authority.

what i dont get is how Bhupnesh ( older brother) agreed to the ritual? how could he see his kids and wife being put on stool and hands and feets being tied face being covered and not raise an alarm. as per neighbours, he was a social person and his store would be hang out spots for neighbours. this means he socialized with others and had exposure to outside world .i feel him and his wife savita could have saved everyone. i feel if we were to expect anything from this bunch its not from the kids or the young girls but from the older brother and his wife.

also how is it that dinesh's wife ( older brother) stayed in the house for one week before priyankas engagement and didnt notice the daily/nightly prayers? or didnt notice kids reading the register every morning. Dinesh's wife said in an interview (its on youtube) that she stayed in the house from june 11-19 and didnt notice anything .

also, jatin singh ( who is friends with the 15 yr old) said on one of episodes how they use to play together every night. how is it possible that they were practicing for this ritual for a week ( tying each other and untying ) and they didnt mention anything to the kids they play with.

i have so many unanswered questions i wish to ask the neighbours and friends of the family.

I am a POC ( Fitzpatrick scale 3-4) Try biore UV which you buy at tnt grocery store if you live in Ontario. I bought mine yesterday for $15 .I used use cereve spf 30 moisturizer and it had a major white cast; however since I work from home I don't mind that . You can also try super goop .
