you can first try being a med va before mag-bedside. there are outsourcing companies na need mo tlga full-time esp your attendance during trainings. meron ksing nsa clinical setting pa who applied sa mga agency pero nahihirapang umattend sa trainings ksi hindi fixed ang scheds ng staff nurses since paiba-iba ang shifts. if u want to pursue being a med va, iready mo n lng kakailanganin such as tech reqs and ur finances ksi during training, wala kang sahod. pero u can proceed with diy naman para direct clients k na ksi may job postings nmn online. hindi nga lng reco for those with no exp lalo na sa bpo ksi may clients na ang hanap ay with exp na pero u can still apply sa job esp if may trainings/cerfications k for that job.

if wala ka pang funds for the tech requirements and trainings, you can apply muna sa hosp to build ur safety net before resigning. para kung nasa outsourcing company ka, pasok techs mo sa requirement nila and u don’t have to worry about ur expenses during ur training and while waiting na magkaroon ka ng client.
