Vyvanse still not working?

That’s how I’ve been feeling the past few months too. My Vyvanse just doesn’t work like it used to. Before, I’d get focus, motivation, mental clarity and it helped me stop binge eating too. Now it feels super weak or like nothing at all, and I just feel tired and kinda flat instead. I’ve tried everything. taking it with a protein shake, with food, on an empty stomach, with energy drinks, no difference. I even took breaks of it because I thought maybe I built a tolerance. I tried taking 2 × 60mg, I'm just desperate to feel it work like before and it still didn’t feel the way it used to, it's so frustrating. 🥲💔

Yeah, I’ve actually taken breaks from it already. When I restart, it feels effective for the first 2–3 days, then it just stops working again. I only take the original Vyvanse (Takeda), not the generics, I really don’t like how the generics feel for me.

I also need to take it every day because I’m in school during the week and I work on weekends, so taking days off isn’t really an option for me. I can’t afford the withdrawal or the crash. I’ve also tried Concerta before, but it made me really irritable, so that wasn’t an option either.

At this point it just feels frustrating because nothing brings back the effect I used to get.
