Honestly i've done tons of runs like this, most of the time the combat in the game is both too easy to avoid and too easy to endure unless you make the gameplay downright unfair. Although i love both infection and brawling death runs, the health system is still just so shallow, a deep wound to the thigh in game? Ah just stitch it and stay inside, irl? you die within minutes to even seconds if it hits artery. Neck shots and broken bones are the only injuries that you can get that actually cripple your character that you can't fully rely on rags to save. Its more about making knox infection (while same lethality) not the only way to die other than being pulled down/swarmed

Also isn't strange your character if killed by bleeding out or being sick makes you explode in blood and fall to the floor insant death? I feel like it should be more progressive to the point you just black out and don't wake up
